In short: I help people figure things out.

My coaching and talks are practical, warm, and very real. I’m not here to throw motivational quotes at you or pretend life is simple. I work with the whole person—your work, your creativity, your habits, your mindset, and the stuff that keeps you up at 2am thinking, “What am I even doing?”

I bring more than book knowledge to the table. I bring decades of real-life experience working in corporate America, nonprofits, libraries, art centers, entrepreneurship, and the creative world. I’ve seen a lot of paths—and a lot of people trying to find theirs.

I’m also certified in coaching and NLP, so there are solid tools and frameworks behind what I do—but the heart of my work is still very human.

When we work together, I’m not sitting on a mountaintop pretending to have all the answers. I’m walking alongside you, asking good questions, offering honest perspective, and helping you turn insight into action.

My goal is simple: clarity, momentum, and a life that actually feels like yours.
